Itinerary

 The tour starts at 7:30 a.m. with a pick-up from your Arusha hotel, followed by a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. Your driver-guide will clear your permits at the Tarangire gate, allowing you to enter to the mighty Tarangire. You should use public restrooms and refresh before embarking on your adventure while your driver is completing paperwork! Tarangire National Park is also known as the “Elephant Playground.” Herds of elephants can be seen in groups along the plains or in tropical areas. Many elephants have been spotted along the Great Tarangire River’s banks.

Savannah grassland is the best habitat for a variety of wild animals that will astound you. Elephants, zebras, antelopes, giraffes, impalas, buffalos, warthogs, and an uncountable number of Baobab trees are common sights on a game drive.

Tarangire is one of the best places for bird lovers due to the abundance of seasonal swamps that attract a wide variety of bird species. Tarangire has over 4,000 recorded bird species, in addition to migrant birds that fly through the area seasonally.

As part of the package, your driver-guide will serve lunch at the picnic site, and in the evening, we will drive you back to Arusha for drop-off.
