Tecomate Tour has two methods of payment which are:
- Online Credit Card
- Bank transfer/wire transfer
Online Credit Card Payment
Is the fastest way and most expedient way of making payment. With this method, there is a 3.5 % Bank charge added by the sender on top of the invoiced amount
FAQ for credit card payment
Online credit card is mostly preferred and is the fastest method of making payment. Once the transaction is successful, we receive the approval on our end. Apart from the bank charge mentioned, there is no other extra amount to be added.
You can pay by using VISA, Master cards, and American Express. Open your link and fill out the form to initiate the transaction.
3.5% is the amount charged directly by the bank and not us. The amount is deducted per transaction when making any payment by using an online credit card.
Once you confirm the payment, you will receive the approval receipt which you need to save for your record and send us a copy to confirm your booking.
If your transaction fails, you should contact your bank to authorize the payment to our bank in Tanzania. Sometimes banks put restrictions to transfer money outside just to avoid fraud. After confirmation with your bank, you should try again.
This is the method that takes a minimum of 6 working days for the money to reflect in our account. When doing a bank transfer, make sure you double-check the form to ensure the details provided are correct account details. The sender should adhere to bank charges charged by the bank for the exact amount in the invoice to arrive in our account.
FAQ for the wire transfer method
A wire transfer can be done either through online banking or by visiting the bank and following all bank producers for making payments. You should make sure our bank account filled are correct to avoid vagueness.
Depending on the bank used to make the payment, approximately $40 should be kept as provisional for a beneficiary bank account.
Once you have completed the wire transfer you should send to us a copy of your payment confirmation so we can follow up with our bank and inform you when your payment arrives.
Payments through wire transfer take a minimum of 6 working days for the fund to reflect in our account.
