Depending on your availability, the excursion can be a half or full day
Bellows are some of the things to explore while in the village:

- Banana farm tour: You will be walking around banana farms to learn about the various banana varieties grown traditionally in the village. You will learn some local methods of keeping bananas from planting to harvesting.
- Housing tour: You will be taken through local houses to see how houses are built and how locals are living in.
- Arusha Viewpoint: To get a clear perspective of Arusha city from the settlement, you must hike to the viewpoint’s summit. There, in the brisk weather with the wind blowing sideways, you can snap special photos and relax for a while.
