The magnificent combined tour to marvel at the majestic Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater in northern Tanzania. The holiday begins and concludes in Arusha, where we explore the vast Serengeti and its vast Seronera region, which is home to many creatures, including gigantic cats. We spend our first night in the Serengeti at our magnificent campsite before moving on to our final destination, the Ngorongoro Crater, which is famous for sightings of the Big 5. The tour starts and ends in Arusha city where you have booked your hotel/lodge.

Our guide will pick you up at 7:30 hrs at your OWN booked hotel in Arusha city then depart for Arusha’s western outskirts, passing through Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before arriving at the magnificent Serengeti. As we pass through the Ngorongoro conservation area, we may see some Maasai men directing their cattle to pasture, or we may stop at the crater viewpoint to see the spectacular view of the crater from the top.
Finally! We arrive at the incredible Serengeti on our afternoon game drive. The game drive here combines the known and the unknown, every turn leads to a new experience.
Later we proceed to our lovely campsite for leisure and overnight.
Overnight at Seronera Campsite on Full Board
Following a leisurely breakfast at the campsite, a final morning game viewing will be conducted to marvel at the natural beauty of the Serengeti. The concentration of wildlife in the Seronera region certainly paints a clear picture of why the Serengeti is a must- see destination when considering African travel.
We eat our picnic lunch at the picnic area before continuing with our game en-route to our chosen campsite for leisure and overnight.
Overnight at Simba Campsite on Full Board
After an early breakfast, depart for a game drive on the Ngorongoro crater floor. This long-extinct volcano is the world’s largest intact caldera and is regarded as one of the most spectacular wildlife destinations on the planet. Diverse habitats, including permanent wetlands, shelter within its steep-sided walls, supporting an astonishing number of animals. Ngorongoro has long been home to a thriving population of big game species, including great-tusked elephants, healthy black rhinos, and the famous black-maned lions.
This is one of the few places in Africa where you can see the Big 5 on a single game drive, and there’s plenty more to see. Gazelle, wildebeest, and zebra herds live here, as do smaller predators such as caracal and serval cats, as well as lions and their eternal adversaries, spotted hyenas.
